For homes that are priced right, the current average days on the market in the local area is 30 days.

The kids are all gone, and you need to downsize, your family has grown and you need additional bedrooms and more space, your traditional two story home worked for you when you bought it, but now you’re thinking you’d be more happy with a step-less ranch.
