I’m glad you’ve stopped by to check out what we’re all about. Sharing a bit of our history should hopefully shed light on the credibility of services offered.

Having many years of hands on experience, I’ve worked alongside my husband in subcontracting two personal homes. During the process we have worked with surveyors in subdividing property and successfully conquered the process of obtaining easements and numerous building permits through Gwinnett County. We’ve worked with contractors on framing, plumbing, electrical, landscaping and concrete, secured construction loans, coordinated bank draws, calculated and ordered lumber and materials for construction, physically hung doors, drywall, windows, trim & cabinets, installed insulation, done interior painting, landscape work, flooring and more. Over the years, we have owned and managed rental property as well as maintained and completed numerous personal and family remodel jobs.

Knowledgeable and experienced in various aspects of real estate and licensed in the state of GA as a REALTOR in the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of REALTORS (NAMAR), I’m certified in Residential and Commercial Real Estate transactions as well as Property Management. Working with buyers, sellers, investors, flipping houses, decorating homes for show, and much more are part of my agenda. They say if a marriage can make it through building a house together, you can make it through anything. I guess we’ve proven that to be true. My husband and I have been happily married for 30 years and have three beautifully created children. Along with our passion for Real Estate adventures, we enjoy the great outdoors, kayaking, hiking, antiquing, and of course, eating! Our best work to date has been our 3 children, and our favorite thing in life is sharing time together with them.
