Magnificent March

March weather here in Georgia is a roller coaster ride where we can see temps below 30 one day and 70+ then next. Sunny skies peak through periodically, but for the most we’re seeing an over abundance of rain!

No matter how varied our weather patterns, one thing that seems to always remain the same is a consistent upswing in the housing market around this time of year. Spring will bring warmer temps and along with it a higher number of new home listings and sales – thus a MAGNIFICENT MARCH.
